I'm Back from my walk 2.5 mi. today the flowers were great, more tulips dogwoods and lilacs are in bloom all the time. On my daily route when I go this way I see chickens, horses, pigs, cows and calves. The cattle has been moved a bit further from the road.
My daily walk helps me to have time to pray, collect my thoughts, clear my head, refocus and to get clarity on decisions, think of new ideas for crafts and ideas come during this time.
Today I was cold the heat had gotten left off duh ~ so I put on a sweater and went for my walk to warm up today. I noitced the lawn needs mowed so I'll be getting more exercise this afternoon doing that. I blew off my long walk yesterday finding and setting a up blog. I did get a short one in 20-30 min.
Exercise helps me to keep a brighter out look on life and to dump stress.
Keeping good care of my temple there is a verse in the Bible some where about our bodies being a temple of the Holy Spirit.
My goal is 45 min. of exercise a day. I've been using Dr. Phil's plan lost 30 lbs with it last year. I have the book walk it off a reader's digest book to read.
