Recharge

Yesterday I got the battery replaced in the Jeep. We almost got stranded in the mtns. on Monday. I am glad they had one battery left in stock for the rig. Got new wiper blades as well that I have been needing. The place I took it in does not do oil changes so that had to wait. The new battery is strong and I do not have to worry about getting stranded now, that is a relief. I cleaned out the jeep taking things out getting it ready for the upcoming oil change. 

I got the death certificate  for hubby last week they had to correct it had my last name wrong, it and it took a long time to arrive. Then I had to fill out insurance forms, got those mailed off. That was a rough patch for me emotionally.

Just a few doors down from the place I mailed that is a thrift shop I use and the retail part was open. I was able to find a book there and couple other things. I cleaned them up when I got them home.

I needed a few things at the store and did that. My favorite taco stand is open for inside eating now they have every other table closed. I got lunch to go. Glad to have access to restrooms there now.

Banks are still drive through only here.

I found curtains for the spare room got them new, then need hemmed but at least I know they will fit and not be too small like the ones I made last year! Rolling my eyes. LOL!

I got the sheets changed and need to mend the hem on the top sheet, that is on my list. The R.B.R. [room by room] and P.U.P.A. pick up and put away is helping me to get on track with routines. Some good success budgeting got the cell phone bill changed to a better plan for less money. That was good news.
