New

Time for a new one. I have been thinking how to improve my daily plan. I misplaced my list of daily items I had on a sticky note I moved from page to page. I had put it on a book mark and it was in the back of my bullet journal. I guess I just needed a break. I was hit or miss on some things like dusting. Occupied with some outside things, projects like digging out some rooms. Getting donations loaded and out of here.

I am glad that I have more to do in reference to the daily spiff in various rooms in the main part of the house. It is good to see that the living room is tolerable. Surfaces are not stacked high with stuff. The dining room it tolerable, the dishes are under control now that helps.

I got back on track with daily scripture reading so that helps. I am tweaking things routines and planning. I need to get back to the sewing project I started last month putting hems on the scarves I cut out.

Gardening and out side progress has been made. I was a bit down in the dumps because of the weather yesterday. I knew I needed to get up and do some thing, so I headed out to sweep more seeds on the concrete I swept off the driveway, got the carport, and patio freed of more seeds. I had a whole new perspective by the time I was done. The fresh air helped and changed my whole perspective changed.

I am accepting the idea of being home for Mother's Day, I will make the jello salad I want. We have planned the take out we want from a favorite pizza place. We will need a veg. I can do that.

I understand now that my daughter and I need to work on our skills of cooking over the open flame it is a bit more tricky than cooking on the stove.

It is also amazing what a good nights sleep and rest can do for our perspective.

My son let me know that the hanging frames for the 5 drawer filing cabinet I gave him. He was pleased to get that set up.

Youngest granddaughter is having a sleep over with her other granny. I am happy for them.

I am also happy to see my old fashioned yellow roses are in bloom it is fun to get out and smell them this time of year.
