Yesterday I went to the thrift shop and found 2# weights, I had 3# and 5# ones so I added these to my collection. Went to another new store in our area and found some tops in a smaller size yea! And then took my self out for lunch I got a large chicken taco salad saw some friends there that congratulated me on my weight loss that felt great!
Next I went for a 45 minute walk I’d planned on doing this before I got the weights, I wanted to change up my work out routine by walking in different places and by the river here is beautiful I wanted to take advantage of the milder temps. we had been having this week. This route starts by going down a hill to the path next to the river. I did my arm work out while I walked I only took one of the weights and alternated arms using it while I walked. I was delighted when I heard and then saw a deer get up that was bedded down under a tree. I stopped to watch the deer while I kept doing my arm exercises, and then the deer wandered off and I continued on and finished my walk. Then it was off for grocery shopping.
Tomorrow there is a car show and it’s called “chome on the creek”. So we will be walking in the park looking at shiny classic cars. Hubby has been talking about this for weeks he has a friend from work that shows cars and he is looking forward to seeing that. There is a demo derby and another of hubby’s friends from work has entered a car in the demo derby after getting it ready. They are all excited about this event. Boating is also on the list of things to do this weekend.
